    I thought I saw a “16” on the wheel stamp, but it’s too far away to make sure.

    Are you wanting to fix it? Or it was just an observation about the battery light?

    I have. A set of the 16”... debating on refinishing them to get the 2nd gen wheels off my dads truck, they’re pretty damn corroded though

    Right right, I guess I meant are you wanting help with things to check on it? I was gonna type up some things and then thought what if he just noticed the battery light and was only commenting, not looking for help to actually fix it. But if you are wanting to fix it...

    The charging system is a simple circuit. The harness is like 4 ft long.

    He needs to ohm out his wires in that circuit, something funky going on. I'd triple check all the grounds.
    @Jamesboy2233
    My hundy almost left me stranded in Colorado due to the connection under the fuse box under the hood. I removed box and closed the connectors a little bit so that when it's plugged in, it is PLUGGED in. I'd start with the connections and the wiring harness right there by the under hood fuse box. Use a meter and actually ohm them out. It likely won't be visible so you'll need to use a meter.
