My neck of the woods. There's a lot to analyze here. The person in the background is likely changing his tire because the manhole covers are still raised and hitting them at anything above 10 mph will destroy tires. No warnings to speak of.

 

If it happens to you take a picture of the feature that did the damage and and screenshot of the closest mile marker sign and a GPS shot showing your location. File a tort claim with your local highway or city roads commission for damages.

It won't be a popular opinion here, but I like it.

 

If it was comparably priced to the other mid-size trucks, that would be a different story. I definitely don't see $61+k worth of vehicle. It does has Falken Wildpeak AT3W and Fox shocks on the Rudebicon. The base model has an OVERLAND badge on the tailgate running Bridgestone H/T tires and a sticker of $54k.

The Wrangler PU is a cool concept, which I think is defeated by reality. It's just my opinion that the Gladiator, won't be able to jeep as well as a Jeep, or truck as well as a truck.


I'm trying to figure out how long this thing will be in production for. I'm giving it 3 to 4 years.
