Gtfo that’s so dumb and actual people pay that crap. Glorified SR5 with shiny things. I love The new colors but it’s not worth 18k more. These trucks shouldn’t be more than 35k ever .....

    Crazy, I tell yea!

A stock Rubi for that year was in the mid to upper $40's depending on where you bought it from. For DTO to say a base of $63k... is just ignorant.

Looking deeper into the build, The added stuff isn't even top of the line equipment (IMO or others). This Jeep and others will end up on Flebay as an auction.

Who is paying these prices? If I were dumb enough to purchase that, I wouldn’t put it on a trail. They need to get back to their roots.

Seems to be mainly younger guys/girls who finance them for 144 months.

I'll bet if you disconnected the transfer case on every bro Jeep at that dealer, nobody would ever notice.

Good god. 96 months? By the time they pay it off the interest will be damn near half the sticker price.

    WHAT! $63K for a jeep!

Edit: I paid $2500 for my '91 wrangler base model in '98. Even then the guy I bought it from only paid $9900 new

To be fair, $9,900 in 1991 is about $19k today and I think it's safe to say a $29k MSRP base Wrangler comes with a lot more on it today than the basic YJ did.

The top end is nothing short of ridiculous but once you consider the audio, airbags, and V6, that $10k difference isn't exactly unreasonable at the low end.

This weekend myself and @ilubtimmyhos will be going to flagpole. Looking at maps the plan is to camp over at meadow knob, so the road closure won't affect us.

The plan is to drive up saurday morning, camp that night, and come back sunday. Anyone is welcome.

That said, him and I plan on seeing how fast we can run it and don't plan on waiting for anyone, so there will be two groups.

Let me know if you're interested so we can get a head count and make dinner plans.
