    Installed the CSF performance radiator. Damn sexy.

    Fits beautifully, using the OEM FJ shroud and OEM FJ coolant tank.

    While the radiator was out I used the opportunity of the additional clearance to replace the SC belt with a new OEM belt.

    Picked mine up at the local dealer, called and had it held at the reception desk since I wasn’t going to make it there by the parts dept closing hours on Sat, and parts are closed on Sun. Good customer service.

    Picked up the towers for the Yakima ski rack to bolt right into the factory threaded holes under the rubber strips in the roof. The towers look huge but only one bolt hole per tower has me a little worried on strength.

    Also picked up a 2019 trd OR set of shocks and coils, installed the rear half before dark set in. Front struts next weekend to get that leveled out and going to do the rotors and pads up front while I’m at it with some slotted rotors

    Also went to harbor freight and Oreilleys and got a floor jack and some jack stands finally

    On the bright side I never liked you either!:thumbsup:

    I traded in my 06 a few years ago. Got into Tundra's , and then 4runners. Really regretted selling that truck. It was built prefect! Even the dealership commented that it drove better then the stock trucks on their lot.
    Now I'm back into a 3rd gen. These truck are addicting!

    Getting my seat spacers back from the powder coater today. Had them done in matte black.
    Picking up my fender and bumper from the body shop today. Had them painted white to match the truck.

    Thanks!

    First, I used liquid sandpaper to remove the gloss. Then hand sanded with fine grit to clean the surface further. Then primed, and many many coats of bedliner, followed by clear semi-gloss for protection. Tape well and happy painting :cheers:
