seems to be fairly well documented that going to the top of the bilstiens will requre UCA's to get your alignment angles back. I would say go that route or drop it down to the second from the top setting.

If UCA's are in your budget and you want the height then do that, if you UCA's arent in the budget then down to 2" you go

Set the 5100s to 0 and add a 2” lift coil.

Need more details. You’re not giving all the info. How off are we talking. Is it your toe? Camber? Caster? All of them? Was it installed professionally or by you? Before you do anything, take it to a shop that has an updated alinement system so you can get actual printouts and know your numbers

His guy being old school tells me he wasn’t going off of numbers at all. And if he’s eyeballing it, then that’s the whole problem right there. Get an alinement on a computerized system that will show you the alinement numbers

    What does that even mean?

Is he using strings and voodoo?

Regardless of experiential wisdom no one can assure you of a correct solution unless the full problem is known.

So we need to see numbers like @JaCado asked for.

And that much lift using preload isn't cool anyway, regardless what the Billie fans say. Using the correct spring rate is a much better way.

Nope. Hubs are what are aligned. Tires and wheels dont even need to be on the vehicle.
