Replacement Alternatives - Fuel filter for URD fuel pump kit

For those that have the URD fuel pump/filter upgrade, what are you using for replacement filters?

I am aware that URD sells replacements on their website, I was curious to see if there were better options or cheaper alternatives that can be picked up locally.

I found this reference in a thread, anyone running this ?

I remember one or two members buying that, in another fuel pump thread, or S/C thread.

 

Yeah that's where i found the reference link but not much feedback if it fits, works, ect...

 

K&N in general is great at flowing and shit at filtering lol

 

Yes im running this exact filter on my 2013 v6 with the URD kit. I have a fuel pressure gauge and didnt notice any difference in pressure, so im assuming the FPR is adjusting for any difference in flow to keep it at the stock 43.5psi. This is my first K&N fuel filter i've run, and i've had it on for about 5k miles now. Whenever i replace it at 10k ill cut it open and post some pics in here of what the filter caught

 

im sure there is some napa filter that will work.

My urd kit came with NAPA gold part #3296 031010k1 . That's what I've been using since

 

Filter from a mid-eighties fuel injected ford should work.... just has shorter line connections on each side....
