OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

With my new raise coming up, I was toying the idea of getting a sports car, but after reading 20+ pages, if any of the speculations are accurate I would be happy with this. The only thing this doesn't solve for me is having a physically smaller vehicle, but this setup could solve all the other things I am looking for

 

We are waiting on an outsider at the moment but shouldn't be much longer (flanges)

You don't even have it fitted yet? I guess if your waiting for all CNC and machine work could take awhile but jeez.

 

it's all already been fitted there are pictures in here. It's just a special stupid flange for the MAF

That’s what you keep saying about handhelds.... it doesn’t take over 6 months for a company to make a small plastic box with a few wires in it.

If this kit is going to be “mass produced” then odds are the outside company needs to have machines made and/or calibrated to mass produce many of these which takes a large amount of time. Even just making a test set is time consuming since it needs to be made to exact measurements without a guide or template

 

What? What do you think flanges are?
Having a plasma cut flange takes weeks or longer to get done, generally.
Also, we have them now. We'll have some baseline numbers shortly after the dyno arrives. besides, some design changes were necessary. I just haven't updated this in a while.

Haha! It hasn’t even been a year yet and people getting impatient. I remember putting my turbo system together and it took me over 2 years just to get it running how I want, and that’s with a “made hotside” and other sources being readily available.

@OVTune is doing great considering he’s pioneering all this for the 3rd gen. This is no easy feat since he would have to source a lot of the material to get a mock up going, testing, and get them ready for mass production.
Let alone he’s dealing with others on the 1.05 tunes, trouble calls, running a business. He also has a life guys. Plus I wouldn’t want to be selling something knowing it’s half assed just to deal with more complaints later down the road. Seems to me he’s doing things the right way to cover his own behind. So huge props to @OVTune for doing this.
