Finally home! Now to unpack. Stopped by my parents in Dallas after Jambo yesterday. Dad supervised my wash (you missed a spot) and supplied the quarters. Mom made dinner and lunch...they're not getting any younger, so a quick trip is often a good idea.

Let's see if packing over 2 evenings can be undone in one afternoon.

We're about to go Progressive as well. Not sure what to do about the Taco yet, just can't afford to insure it. Just gonna keep building it and letting it sit I guess

A little something every chance we get.
I had Progressive the last 4 years, after 30 or so with Tx Farm Bureau. Last not at a fault in TFB, kids hit me from behind, had insurance, TFB wanted my deductible after the lowball quote the adjuster gave me - said no - you collect that from THIER insurance. They said they don't do that, and finally paid Toyota price to fix it correct. I had to fight the whole thing.
Went to Flogressive after that, and was saving a little money, then this latest renewal, they jumped my bundled home and auto by 30% each - no claims, no accidents, no tickets, no nothing. "Because our costs have gone up". Switch again time...
GEICO Gecko had me down to the savings and more that I got when I started Flogressive. Then, they came back and wouldn't let the kids Prius stay on it, because it was "out of my control" in Missouri. Again, no claims, totally clean record...
Set him up with Allstate, for a decent price that was comparable to what I would have gotten from the Gecko.

All that, "one little scrape" is all it takes. And probably in a couple years, I'll get to do it a again! It's all a scam to them.

I have USAA for renter's, automotive and high value insurance. I use progressive servicing usaa for motorcycle insurance. It's not the cheapest for me, but ice had no trouble covering claims and the rates did not go up too terribly.
