It was so nice out today. I loved every minute of it.

I do Restorative work with the local PDs, I had one referral of 3 that got charged for assault at school. So of course I needed to ask how it all began. One kid was convinced that throwing a Banana at another student was a good idea. When I asked why, the first thrower said, I thought it would piss them off. Well they were right, cause the second person threw the banana at a 3rd person (the same that convinced the first to throw it). So the 3rd person then threw it back at the 2nd. Well thats when the 2nd person went and attacked the 1st person. Confused yet? So was I. Now the best part, the 1st person decided they would rather face the judge then come to an agreement to keep it out of the system. Then at the circle, the parents of #2 and #3 started getting mouthy with each other, so we actually had to ask every one to leave. All over a fucking banana.
