Sounds like your pads are sticking and over heating the brake fluid til you have to relieve pressure.

Do you have a sport, offroad or sr5, According to alldata if its a sport or a sr5 it could be as simple as a brake light switch.

Well the problem you described is very common on motorcycles where the front brake lever is replaced with Chinese junk causing the pads to ride tight on the disc. Have to had any brake work done recently?

Just to clarify, it is not that the levers are junk or not, it is that the riders are not correctly adjusting the push rod so that it doesn't block the compensating port. I bought an authentic set of Brembo levers that had the push rod set improperly.

It sounds like the M/C is not opening the return port when the pedal is released causing the pressure to
    Build in the calipers.

Rrowdy that can explain why they release when i loosen the hoses on the MC. Im trying to figure out if it could be something dont want to throw all that money on a new MC and it not be the issue. Is there a way to test the MC?

So looking that code for an offroad and it says that it code be the master cylinder solenoid. And that it does require calibration with techstream when replaced.

You should contact your dealer with your Vin and They can tell you if or what Warrantee is left on your truck.
Brakes are nothing to mess with and should be left to a tech with the knowledge, training and equipment
    to properly diagnose the problem.

Unless it was a salvage vehicle Toyota has to honor the factory warranty. 3years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. Does not matter where you purchased the vehicle.
