    I don't see the MAF sensor anywhere. Help us out.

    Next, is that plastic recirculation valve strictly being used as a plug or something? That can be a source of a leak.

    Why is your HKS BOV only held on with zip ties? That is a source of a vacuum leak, if the MAF is before that.

    The recirculation valve is being used as a plug as I found it doesn't do anything until like 20psi

    The bov is held in with a c clip. I added the zip ties for alittle more assurance.

    Which tube? All the air plumbing after the turbo is from a urd supercharger kit.

    Being the URD kit, it works well across the MAF, even in N/A mode.

    When did the MAF related issue start happening? Any moment specifically?

    It started popping up a week ago. The running lean issue has been happening way longer. Is it possible the fuel pressure regulator could be failing? I do have 40 psi with no fluctuations at idle but is it possible it's not adjusting to positive pressure?

    Do you have the map ecu3 installed? Like arsenic asked, you haven't swapped MAF sensors yet have you?

    Your fuel pump is upgraded correct?

    What is giving you your wideband reading? A separate gauge, or the OEM sensor?

    Do you have any exhaust leaks?

    Have you checked all of your hose clamps prior to the MAF sensor?

    Was the gasket for the MAF sensor good, and did you lube up the new one before install?

    Got a lot of stuff lol
    I installed a dw200 for the fuel pump and an aem wideband.
    I have checked the air piping many times to make sure it's secure.
    I have a slight exhaust leak off the exhaust manifold even then I'm sure the afr shouldn't read lean.

    Also I spray the MAF sensor with clean and installed when it was dry....never heard of lubing it.
