    Heck 2 months ago I was beasting in the gym showing up some chemical assisted youngins. Felt good, did a workout class tonight an no joking a elderly lady asked me if I was gonna be alright. I was sucking wind bad an she didn’t break a sweat.

    I’ve been on the wagon for almost a year. I’m probably in the best shape I’ve been in for 20 years, so I figured I could start sneaking in a few now and then. I do a lot of experiments with diet so we will see how it goes.
