Some follow up on this. A note was added to the article, saying that the author didn't go off the trail intentionally. No apology, only an acknowledgement that it was accidental.

I also got an email from Greg Rasa, Managing editor of Autoblog, that basically says the same thing. I replied back saying, why can't the guy apologize instead of just saying it was accidental.

Admitting something unintentional happened, and showing remorse for it are different things, and I think an apology would go much further than what's been said so far.

    Update on the article
    Email from Greg

You can easily make it on one tank of gas from Amarillo, TX all the way to Trinidad, CO. Maybe even to Pueblo, but that might be pushing it.

Hey if any of you guys/girls use CBD products check out http://www.valleycbds.com and especially their own brand of CBD products, as they have the lowest prices around with the purest ingredients. And you would be helping out a Colorado small business owner.

For those of you who rarely come out of the stickies, there's a couple main posts looking for suggestions for upcoming trips to Steamboat, Denver, and Denver to Pueblo.

@thefatkid do you leave this little ring at the bottom to weld onto or do you chop it off completely?

    MISSING DOG IN MOAB!!!!
Was camping on BLM 145 behind arches and behind Klondike buff trail (Baby steps loop)
Older husky. Named Geronimo. Had about 6 dogs with us and all slept outside. Woke up around 6am and no sight. Searched for about 6 hours today and nothing. Has collar super friendly. Left food near the camp spot and will return on Saturday to look more if not found. My number is on his collar. Thanks for everyone’s help.FC95D46F-C679-4781-B807-0D37EA39A85E.jpg
