    True story, when I was a young lad just beginning to work I had a job at a market at one of the food vendors. This was inner city at it's finest. So we sold just about anything. Sort of like a diner but without the pretty chrome exterior.

    The customers insisted on ordering square fish sandwiches. I had no idea what they meant. One day a guy ordered a "square fish, egg, ham & cheese with L/T/M on a toasted kaiser roll". I accepted the challenge and made two.

    It was delicious.

    Now I refer to all fish sandwiches as "square fish"....... :devil:
