    I was trying to keep the cost the same as past versions but the extra adder of the T-Harness and the jst extension cable for max PNP made that a little more difficult for me. I am bumping to $70 for this version. Hopefully that doesn't rub people the wrong way, but I needed to offset the additional cost.

    Hey Daniel, If I am understanding your diagrams correctly, you only need this module if you have a rock light setup with an existing switch, due to them being positively triggered and the dome being negatively triggered. If you wanted to just connect courtesy lights that go on with the domes (no switch), this module is not required? I am just trying to figure out if I really need this module for my setup or not. Thanks!

    Correct. This just solves the problem when you want to run both a switch and courtesy mode. If you want just courtesy mode then your rock lights stay resting at 12V+. Then you let the dome light ground do the work.

    BUT, keep in mind for high current draw applications where you need to run a relay to your rock lights you would need this module (or similar setup) to eliminate the relay chatter. Else the pulsed signal from the dome light will make the relay contacts go back and forth at a rapid pace causing a buzzing sound. The capacitor on the relay coil fixes this problem.

    Hopefully that makes sense.
