So the other day i was driving and as i applied the brakes the truck started shaking like the rotors where really really warped, i mean the brake pedal was surging and the whole truck was shaking. So i cut my rotors and installed new OEM brake pads. The problem is still there though? i have a feeling that its not brakes anymore though. I have no idea where to start?!?!? :(

i just had my brakes redone through and through, they found some missing parts in the driver side front caliper that had mysteriusly fallen out when my truck had started to shudder i figured it was the rotors too but they were perfectly fine

Sounds like rotors. Even though you had them resurfaced you still may need a new set of rotors.

well i went to adjust the rear drums today and the pads are cracking and the drums are warped. :( so those need to be replaced but i am thinking its not the main source of the problem. i gues i will replace the rear parts and if that doesnt fix it i will get new front rotors.

Here is what i found on my rotors, if the lug nuts are not all torqued to the specific rating, it will warp the rotors. Make sure all the lug nuts are torqued to within a half pound of each other.
Also if you have done any heavy braking and then got them wet that will also screw them up.
