Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I am currently helping @ToyotaBurrito work through this issue. I bought it from another member, but never used it. I plugged it in then deleted all my tunes and calibrations out of it before mailing it. As you know, Mat isn't the quickest on the get go with customer service. I am sticking with the new owner until Mat gets it resolved. I stand behind the product, just not so much the customer service. He (Mat) offered to take it back in and fix it on his end. He thinks the issue resolves on his servers with a licensing software change. Mat has promised to not charge or ever charge and relicensing fee for transfer. However, the time it takes to reset the device or provide the newest model is a fee in and of itself.

Agreed. That's why I'm asking $250. Paid $567 for it after tax. Figure that's still a good deal for supercharger tunes for the person that doesn't want to mess with hptuners. The tunes are still a decent performance improvement on the stock to 2.7 range pullies. The only issue is making sure the buyer doesn't have a huge hassle trying to get it set up.

Hey guys So I can go to a 2.7 with ovtune? I’m loving the URD 2.8 I put on with the tune. I can pull on midsize 1500s now if I try!

I still want to do fuel pump, intake and 160 thermostat next as well as an afr/boost gauge. I would also love to put URD equal length or DTLT headers on, but I’m not sure if I’ll get harassed by cops daily driving it in SoCal? I hear a lot of loud civics and v8s so I’m sure I’d be fine....

Do the fuel pump etc then go 2.7 it wont be a problem on ovtune just send him a message and see if he wants to adjust the tune

I would love to drop down to a 2.5 pulley, but would I be able to still run an ovtune or hptune without adding water meth injection? Or If a e85 tune gets worked out eventually.

Yes but your injectors will be near max, and ovtune cant adjust for bigger injectors as of right now

Anybody remember where in this thread we had the bearing discussion for the idlers? I thought we linked it on the first page, but I guess not. I'm thinking that if the engine is going down for injectors, there is some other stuff that could happen too. Steigmeier tells me a two week turn-a-round on porting.

What info do you need? I am currently compiling a list of stuff I will be adding to page 1 for when I have time to make a decent sized update to it. I just have not had time to undertake that mini project lately is why it is still not linked.

So if you're ordering a full replacement kit:
    Quantity (4) 6303 bearings - common replacement for NSK B17-102DG3 - 17mm Bore, 47mm OD, 14mm Width
    Quantity (1) 6203 bearing - 17mm Bore, 40mm OD, 12mm Width

After looking at the on the shelf options for high speed bearings, I came across these Timkens:
    63032RSC3 - https://www.qualitybearingsonline.com/63032rsc3-timken-deep-groove-radial-ball-bearings-17x47x14mm/
    62032RSC3 - https://www.qualitybearingsonline.com/62032rsc3-timken-deep-groove-radial-ball-bearings-17x40x12mm/

They have some of the highest limiting speed and reference speed ratings that I could find in an on the shelf bearing. I've been a Timken fan for OEMreplacements, I put them up there with Koyos for my preference. All in, these cost $70 delivered from Leeds. 2 day delivery time. We'll see how theylast.
