    How hard is to replace one of these? Is it a simple unscrew then screw back on?

    Yeah, I would just wait until the existing ones fail (if they ever do) and replace them with greaseable ones. U Joints usually don't fail without warning so I would say they are unlikely to leave you stranded somewhere. Once they start to go bad, you will hear clunks or squeaking, and you will probably also get a bunch of vibration.

    Yep, I agree. Unless you are in a lot of mud, rock crawling on a regular bases, on off-roading all the time, I wouldn’t mess with changing them out until it’s necessary.

    Those have the zerk fitting at the cup and not the body, correct?

    Yup. I did get one with the zerk on the body for the front as it had that type in that position from the factory. There probably was room there but it is close quarters. They were all the same dimensions.
