But then he has to work on some truly nasty stuff like those industrial-grade food water separators and various dish washing equipment which is all extremely nasty. I worked in a kitchen for a bit and had to clean that stuff, it's foul.

Yes Ive seen it too. But I would trade that for working in peoples homes any day of the week. And Id imagine its more regular scheduling too.
