Ooh oooh I just thought of something Ray.
Since I'm all obsessed with welding lately.... you gotta let me weld something on your truck so I can have the honor of having a weld on the BBR rig.
Yes or no? Don't say no.

Finally got around to adding the champion radiator that's been sitting around for a year. I ended up pulling the front part of the truck apart to double check my timing and make sure that wasn't my misfire issue. I have a 170* thermostat on it's way because I tried burping the coolant system and noticed that the coolant wasnt moving.

Don't worry it wont last long. It will catch plenty of dust sitting in the garage.

hahaha I wish. It won't be a play truck until I get the wife a new car first. Then I'll inherit her honda for a DD.

Been getting some things done. Truck is running again thanks to Brian. He found that my 4th injector was bad. Replaced it and trucks been running fine. He suggested to add BG 44k to my fuel and running it now in this tank of fuel.

I just finished stripping the Tundra axle, ordered gears and and ARB locker for it. So now nothing will stop me right :p truss and fuel cell is on its way. Tim said he’s going to get the trailing arms cut for me when he gets free time. Saving up for shocks. Working 80hr weeks right now and might have to add nights too if they can’t find someone to run a joystick loader. So I’m going to try and get as much of these truck projects done when I can.

I’ll try and update this build when I can peace buds. Need to get back to work :sawzall::welder:

Are you transferring the gas tank holes to the fuel cell I guess so you can use an OEM pump?

Also nice garage color scheme

Yeah I’m following what JD did. Still need to pass smog here. Here’s how he did it. (Pic)

I'm curious Ray - didn't you recently send in all your injectors to have them cleaned and tested?

This isn't the 1st time I've seen a vehicle with a misfire have injectors sent out for cleaning, testing and matching come back with a misfire. Makes me think they are just selling snake oil services. This injector was not spraying a mist, rather a large drip at odd times.

I'm just glad it didn't wash out the cylinder to the point of engine damage.

Yes WitchHunter did the service. WitchHunter claimed they were all good.

    Good to know.

Pretty sure my truck has a leaking/failing fuel injector. Was thinking of sending them off, but probably won't bother now.

Although currently have bigger issues to address...

You think their tester works on a higher pressure than the fuel pump?
