Let’s knock them both out Friday night! You have a garage don’t you? I’m fully prepared to attempt to set a world record pace.

I do have a garage but it’s currently full of shit since I’m in the process of selling my house. I don’t even think a world record pace could get two trucks done before dark unfortunately.

It depends on when we get started. I think 1.5 hours per truck tops. Maybe less if all goes well. And we can do it in the driveway if your garage is full. No big deal. Lets do it!

From what I saw on trailsoffroad, thats what it looked like. All the big stuff had a bypass. I know those sites arent always comprehensive and dont always give a good representation of whats there, but I didnt see anything that concerned me.

Maybe it’s easier on a 3rd gen? I remember the damn UCA bolts being a HUGE pain in the ass to get in/out when I did my lift. Especially the drivers side.

I think the second gens may be a bit easier actually. But its still not hard for two people. I say lets do it.

Bottom line is I am getting an alignment Saturday morning and they will probably look at me funny if I show up the way my fronts look so I am going to be doing mine anyway. May as well have a helping hand and then get yours done too....... Seems like a win win to me.

Im over this game. Refs don't call a clear penalty when Mack was on a break. Games rigged

Talk about 1 sided. Blatent penalty on Mack. Demoralizing for them to play through

Yeah the 3rd gen is a bit harder, mainly on the passenger side.
Its way easier to do them the second time for a bushings swap...unless you run into any snags. I did my driver's side alone in about 30 mins including swapping the uniball over to a delta joint. Passenger side was another story, due to one of the inside washers being malformed and took a shit load of hits from a BFH to get out. Luckily @Coop68 swing by right about that time and made an assist.
If it wasn't for that washer I would've been done in less than an hour and a half.
@johntoyota's 3rd gen passenger side took some creativity to get the bolt back in due to all the shit blocking it.

It was even like it was close. Such a BS call on the goal. Gabes foot is clearly on the blueline. Bailed out time and time again

Thats hilarious. I remembered the exact opposite. I was thinking the drive side was harder just because of the battery and the two brake line brackets to move. That being said, Kris' driver side was way harder than mine so some of it is probably the truck. I think it will be pretty easy this time around.
