    It's been a bit hectic here this week. Taking care of my Dad is turning into a full time job with overtime. 4 appointments this week plus finding a mason and locksmith to do some work at their house. My sisters haven't been overly engaged - looks like a brawl may be brewing...

    Good morning.
    Getting to that burned out stage from working too many days straight plus I'm wanting to get going on my own stuff. I still like my job, I just need to get this other thing going. I get emails on where the paperwork is and I get a little more motivated with every hurdle and hoop that's cleared. I still need tax advice on setting up. I'm going to see what services are on either of the bases for setting up small businesses in case there's someone I can run these questions through... I'm getting there.

    Thought about it....But....My employees are having a going away party for me. I'd show up even if I wasn't getting paid just for them. I have a really good crew. 3 of the 4 "important ones" are going to quit and go somewhere else in about a week. They stayed just for me....

    Management will learn a hard lesson by Saturday morning.
