@Sasquatch3153 Josh, it looks like they are FK uniballs. Cheaper via wheelers

Guess we'll take a look on mod day and then I'll order new uniballs next weekend. Good thing I'm working 60+ hours a week right now :anonymous:

Yeah, I really like the KO2s but am leaning towards going to the KM3s if the budget will allow. If not then I may go with the Cepek Extreme Country which are actually a lighter tire with a wider tread width and are much cheaper but I'm just not sure how well the tread will hold up comparatively. Of all the reviews I've read everyone loves them but none of the reviewers have more than 20-30k miles on them and even those reviews are few and far between. Theres quite a few reviews for the KM3 with mileage in the 60k range that still have tread left and obviously love their tire as well. Ugh! So many options!

My buddy highly recommended the ST maxxs, hes got 45k on his with a 8k truck on them, an mind you the nose has a 400lb bumper, 950lb 4bt Cummins an all steel body, those tires are epic for the performance they do and I've personally ridden in the beast, those tires are very very impressive. I'm thinking of stuffing a set under my future truck

I got more pictures but for now thisll give a hint of, The Beast, hes had it for 29 years, over 600k miles, 5 or 6 engines, idk how many transmissions 2 or 3 engine setups. Easily one of the toughest trucks I've ever seen.

Oh Haha I forgot that picture was taken when we was doing repairs on FL70 before I drove it home from Arizona. Also, that little *shed* houses his shop setup that he does all his machining in, now he has a 30 by 40 something foot shop. Watching him machine I felt like a kid learning from a Master, for a day I was silent just watching him do his craft, I'm 31, hes been doing machining for 37 years if that's any help to why I felt like a kid to his capabilities and skill.

Check my build thread...too much to list.
You've got several other fans of that tire in this thread. @G.T. is the reason I'm a fan. He's got em on his Taco, LC and trailer.

The Discoverer STT Pro was next on my list for a M/T it sits right in the middle between KM3s and the Cepek Extreme Country in almost every area such as weight, tread width, etc. it did have the largest tread depth of the 3 M/Ts I was looking at. For an A/T I'm pretty well set on the KO2s or the S/T Maxxs. The one benefit to the KO2s is that I can get them in a C load range instead of going to the heavier E rating.
