    I've been to Mexico a time or two myself; this is from a couple of days ago. Ran out of runway. I'm on the 2.5", but I don't see the boost you do. Maybe the headers, high-flow cats, and exhaust debottleneck things more than I think. I'm lifted and on LT 285's - heavy. It was more like 83, not 38 when I was there.

    I see, yeah thats not that big of a different. The stock setup reads slightly faster than you are actually going so your speedo is probably closer to what your actual speed is vs stock tire size.

    I drove an xrunner once, man it was fun to drive.

    I agree with all other here. Get a sweet 2015 and switch over. You have all the go fast goodies, I think you'll be disappointed with the every day drive of the 3rd gen. It's hard to go back from being in a supercharged application. The only cure is a good v-8. If you could return yours to stock, there might still be decent value in it even with full disclosure. On a side note, you have the 7th injector and at that elevation, you should be able to swap to a much smaller pulley very easily. Might be something to think about when you make a decision.....

    Thanks everyone, it's literally a rotten deal on the part of the frame and a tough as hell decision to be making in short order due to it being primarily a work only truck that needs to find a solution pretty quick.

    I have done a lot of cost/benefit analysis on it at this point and that includes having my accountant who is a good friend weigh in on it. A reliable platform comes first over power in this case and in having driven the gen-3 four times, once with my wife who is also a HP junkie, well lets just say that with an OVtune on it we know we can get by with the 2019 and have it get the job done.

    And I actually like the idea of having two trucks, one that is dedicated for work/camper and then one I can rip around in with the S/C, make a run to the hardware store in and ultimately take my time in figuring out how to revive it and make it better. In all likelyhood and unless URD comes up with a super reliable FI platform for the 3.5L, the roles would be reversed down the road once the 4.0 platform is on solid footing again.

    Sometimes life is about timing and right now it is what it is. We still have about a month before we have to get the camper back on something but right now placing a bulls eye square on a exact build 2019 with a known history and OVtune is looking like the best choice from a business standpoint. The 05 is not going anywhere soon and truth be told, we get our real HP/FI fix with the monster in the garage, an Audi RS7 pushing 645hp/656tq.

    Either way, I will be hanging out here regularly because I simply can't leave the S/C'd 4.0 platform, it is just that good!

    Pretty cool, might consider one of these since i no longer daily the truck. Also considering an icebox for the intercooler like @o0opackersfano0o is doing. I think thatd be the cheapest option for intake charge cooling over the long term vs buying co2

    Speaking of cooling, any thoughts on the Stiegmeier Venom cooling system? They claim it can be installed on our supercharger.
