Had ear surgery tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy. I ruptured my eardrum 2 years ago and it's been a slow healing process this is the second surgery this time they removed my hearing bones and taste nerve. They cut from top to bottom on my ear and folded it forward for the surgery

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

    No they don't.

It doesn't say "No offroad use" anywhere on their page. It says "2wd Only Please verify height" because the 4x radiator is a different size.

They sell radiators for 4 runners, Land Cruisers, Tundras and Toyota Pick ups... one of the pick up models say it may ONLY fit 4wd and says to verify the neck position and overall width.

You may have gotten a bad one. But there's probably 25 other people on TW that haven't had a problem. I've been running mine for over a year and the thing stays cooler than the OEM did when it was 2 years old (when I bought the truck)

Sorry, been in the WVa red clay mud, and only blasted off the big chunky crap. I painted mine with Rustoleum Bedliner. Those wet/oily looking spots are from last falls Fluid Film application.

Damn!! That looks great. I didn't realize you could just fix the roof, the body shop I went to suggested I repainted the entire truck even though only the roof and hood had failing clearcoat. Something about blending issues since there is no hard body lines to mask it.

How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

0.5mm is unacceptable. I don't have a dial indicator to check but I'd guess it's closer to 1mm of play.

It's very common to see that type of language in any Warranty, including products specifically for Off Road use.

About 45 bucks in sand paper, primer, paint and clear coat, from O'reillys. Re-painted my driver fender due to rotting clear coat. Doesn't match perfectly at certain angles and light conditions... but certainly came out good enough that I would definately do the roof before paying a shop.

Didn't even remove the fender... just taped everything else off.

So I attempted to adjust my SPCs tonight and ran into an issue I wasnt expecting...the camber getting thrown way off.

I found it easy enough to adjust the caster, just jack the front end up, loosen the top bolt and turn the ball joint. Easy.
The instructions make it sound like you can do either the camber or the caster independently, except as soon as you loosen the top nut, the ball joint also slides side to side freely and messes up the camber big time. I tried readjusting it after I got my caster where I wanted it, but when I put the truck back on the ground and my front tires looked like this \ / haha.

Luckily I was able to put the whole setup back to the way it was before I messed with it...have an alignment tomorrow just in case.
So are you just supposed to eyeball the camber when adjusting the caster with these? Then take it in and have a shop fine tune it? I don't see how you can adjust caster without messing with the camber as well.

You can't, but you can adjust camber without adjusting castor. A bubble level would likely get you close enough. You'd need to account for the bulge in the bottom of the tire though.

Makes sense, was difficult to keep my camber/caster settings in place when I went to torque down the top nut...soon as I started getting torque on it the whole thing would twist and slide. Had to try and hold the tire and ball joint in place while I was doing it lol.

I gave up for the night since I have a trail run this weekend I didn't want to mess anything up. Gonna see if the offroad shop doing my alignment tomorrow can get it to where I wanted it.

Made it do some truck stuff. Changed out my tires ,I put on the super low mileage tires that I had bought before getting the F5's. 20190509_150143.jpg
And I failed at picture taking .
Also had code P0120 pop up. Looks like I'll be cleaning out my throttle body seeing as this is the second time its come up.
