Example of a trigger would be when you turn on your bright lights it turns on your grill lights or anything else for that matter. Not sure why you would want to use a switch to control, maybe I misunderstood.

Yeah I get what the trigger does.
I just want to wire it to a switch rather than my brights or fogs. So I’m wondering if anyone has done that an if so how.

I suppose it could be done. You are talking about switching a 12v input and using that for a trigger?

I understand which wire, but is looking for a 12v input for it to be switched on. So the only thing you would have to decide on if you want that 12v sourced from a constant source or some type of ignition switched source. What exactly are you triggering and when? You don't have to answer that last question, just curious.

30” 20” an a set of pods. I would like it to be constant so I don’t have to have the vehicle on to use the switch.

Yes set those switches you want to work without the ignition being turned on to “battery” on the Switch Pro panel and you are done.

OK, finally broke down and bought a SP. I've read thru this thread twice - I've never wired anything so looking for any tips.
-Wires/shrink tubing/loom covering/butt splices/add-a-fuses. Wheres the best place to buy? What all should I get?
-Tools? I'm doing BD lights so do I need one of the specialized crimpers?

I have a power tray, bus bar, and block. not doing a separate fuse box. Does the SP need a ground itself?

Where is the best place to tap for the 'ignition'?

    Thanks!!

You quoted me from over a year ago... and as far as I know, nobody has made custom labels for the panel.

How are you guys wiring up ARB’s ckma12 twin compressor to the Switch Pro with out air lockers? I have read above where guys took apart the harness.

Because the compressor can pull 56 amps and the switch pro is rated at 35 looks like will I need to add an appropriate sized fuse and relay.

I Haven’t gotten my compressor yet but I suspect the relay and fuse will be included in the wiring harness?

Is there a recommend fuse panel that supports more than 30 amps per circuit?

is there a fuse box diagram anywhere? I'm hooking up my switch pro this weekend and trying to figure out where to add-a-fuse for the triggers

Thanks! Now that I have the compressor I see how the relay is pre wired. Looks pretty straight forward.

The one on the cover and the pics in this thread made it pretty easy.

Got mine installed. Working with the twin ARB. That was really simple to set up.

Just attach the cable for the ARB that has the main on/off switch and locker switches, run it over to the switchpro, cut it, then conenct the ground and purple wire. If you have a locker use either yellow or green depending on which you connected to the pneumatic switch. Then the main power harness from the ARB directly to the battery.

My only issue is that getting the fuse cover on and off is almost impossible with the powertrays. I still don't know how I got it on and I dread having to remove it.

Does anyone offer a SwitchPro mount that replaces the sunglasses holder completely for a 3rd gen Tacoma? Don’t know if a 2nd gen will fit or I would call Meso

Calling all you 3D printer guys!

Was told by Meso that the overhead console panel he currently offers will not fit a 3rd generation Tacoma bummer, So I hired a printer gru that has my overhead console as well as the SwitchPro SP-9100 panel and is designing the STL file so it will indeed fit once printed in ABS. Once I get the prototype I’ll snap a few pictures and get them posted. If things work out as planned I’ll be more than happy to furnish the STL file to use with your printer for free. If you don’t own a printer I’m sure you know a friend that does. Anyway let me know if there is any interest here. If not we’ll at least i’ll own one.
