OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

My truck will be getting 35s an maybe TTs.

 

If the stars line up correctly, I’ll get a major promotion around the same time this thing gets released. I just won’t tell my wife about the promotion or why my truck mysteriously needs to be torn apart if/when that happens.

I never mentioned flanges. I was talking about the handhelds and over promising and under delivering things.

You’re out of touch. This thread is about ovtune talking shop and promising something he likely can’t deliver in a timely manor. Does it matter really what it’s about? No as its just a track record that doesn’t bode well for things to come. No ones payed for a header yet so yeah they can take however long they’ll take but people have paid for handhelds and in November of last year so yeah they’re entitled to “whine”.

Yes, it matters what it’s about. It has nothing to do with handhelds. I hope you get what you have been waiting for soon, but no one wants to hear your misplaced whining. Especially not in this thread.

 

We offered refunds to everyone, options to change them for flash kits, etc when we found out about the delay, which is out of our control.
If you don't want a refund or switching to a flash kit then what should we do?..

What is your definition of a timely manner? Magnuson has been playing with this community for what 2+ years and we see nothing. How old is this thread?

 

Fair, if OVtune hadn’t offered refunds and other options mentioned above (options to switch to flash kits, etc) then yeah he would have ground to stand on, but OVTune did do all these things as mentioned above and he is just salty. Salty in a thread that has nothing to do with what he is upset about either.

Back to turbo talk, please...

 

I don't see how that is the case we emailed everyone asking them if they want refunds, switch to flash kit + discount, etc. We even automatically refunded some people we didn't hear from.

 

I have no idea if he elected for refund, or discount + flash kit, or discount plus waiting on manufacture. I don't know who he is. We offered these options to everyone, multiple times. If he was or is this unhappy he easily could contact us.


Edit** also for everyone reading we have not promised to deliver a turbo kit at any time frame. I do believe the goal was to first prove it's feasible and tunable..
