I'll send you a PM a little later and we'll get something going.

Same one shackle. U-boat flip kit has been ordered and will get fixed when that gets installed.

I know yall know not to use chains during recovery.

But not everyone knows, I hope the guys in my community take a lesson from this tragedy. A local young man was killed while recovering equipment on a tractor when the chain broke and hit him in the head.

That is Terrible, i hate seeing dumbasses carrying a chain on their bumper for recovery. Or the straps with the hooks attached. Smh

What's the full situation? A farm tractor was being recovered or doing the recovery? Chains can be fine for low impact recovery. These rednecks hitting the Rev limiters for a snatch recovery, not so much. Safety is always key! Get the kids far the fuck outta the situation before you start.

Ya know I wish I knew as well. My take on it is that he was the one driving the tractor doing the recovering and only a couple of people will know exactly what was happening when the chain broke. It is kind of a touchy subject around my community so I am not going to ask. My curious mind really wants more details but I don't think I'll ever get them.

I take it as a tragic reminder to always be safe and to always use the proper equipment for the task at hand.

I said boy, but he was really early 20's. I should correct that.

Anybody want a 2007 DCSB SR5 with 211k on the dash? My company is selling one. You just have to come in and put in a bid on it. Blind auction type deal. Have to be in by the 23rd at noon. PM for details if you're interested.

Anyone have a driver side led taillight for a 2011 Tacoma they want to get rid of? It doesn’t matter if the lense is broke I just need the inside because my brake light doesn’t work on mine anymore. I’ll gladly pay for shipping and everything. Thanks

WOW, there are a lot of Tacos in that area. I was in a line of solid Tacos- 6 in front, 2 behind me. Ballentine must do a lot of business there.

Anyways, I talked to 2 owners about here. Wade (Lives in Spartanburg, working in Coronaca/96 area) has a nice, tricked out 3rd gen- 4x4.

I work near Coronaca. There are a couple of other trucks I see from time to time that are modded. One guy has a RTT, another guy is running an ARB front bumper. Another guy has rock sliders, but I very rarely see him around. Most of the other mods are bigger tires and maybe grill swaps and light bars and stuff. There's a young guy that works in Coronaca at the Subway there that I have been prodding to get some armor and stuff from @SOS CONCEPTS .

I don't think any of the 6-7 people that I've talked to just this year about this site have ever signed up.

They all seemed really interested in joining at the time but never showed.
