    That’s a great idea. I usually only use my scoop light as a flasher too. Mostly people at red lights don’t see its green.... go!!

    Any hardware store should have them. May be called awls or picks. At first I tried using tiny screwdrivers but they were just too small to pry it apart. Definitely want to use picks

    They are called pick tool sets and come in handy very often. Pretty cheap too ~$7 for a set of 4. I got them here:

    Just have to make sure you get the tools far enough up inside to avoid cracking. I've heard a few people who went to fast and cracked it in the areas shown. Just make sure to watch these areas when lifting.

    Just a suggestion if you scored a kit and it's still cold where you are, take the knob inside and let it warm up for a while before attempting this. The glue/tape (mine had tape) will release easier if it's at room temp or warmer than if it's done when the temp is in the 40's or 50's.

    Installed stage 1 today. Didn't have any picks handy, so I used a couple tiny flat heads from an eyeglass repair kit. I also used a hair dryer to help loosen up the glue, didn't want to risk damaging knob. Wire fishing was fun, but otherwise love this mod. Thanks @MESO
