It's ok......... I'm fat and I know it. Hopefully I'll lose some weight because of work. Went back to day shift last Monday so I'm not snacking like I was on nights and summer is upon us so I'll be working in a 90-100+ degree building. And I'll be doing some hiking this year

Couple of trails in Valmeyer, probably go down to shawnee, and probably some in Missouri. I got 9 trails on my Alltrails app that are 5-10 miles long that I want to check out later this year. Just need to get into better shape stamina wise

The number one thing I did to lose weight was remove all soda, energy drinks, gatoraids from my daily. These days I’ll have a couple sodas on a weekend but that’s it. Water constantly was tough at first because of the sugar addiction but after a couple weeks the pounds started falling off of me. Keeping my stomach full of water help curb my snack cravings as well.

I very rarely do energy drinks anymore, I only do them on long drives like Windrock or when I'm visiting friends down in Georgia. I don't touch Powerade or Gatorade because it makes the thirst worse, I only drink 2 sodas a day during my work week which is still a lot but I won't be doing once it starts to get warmer. No way in hell am I giving up beer though :anonymous:

Thought I might bring this up and get it all mounted up, but not high on the priority list.

Well, UCA bolts are umm . . . Fun

Probably could have learned a few trick from you guys on mod day for them tricky little things. Haha

Also bolts were considerably tighter on drivers side than passenger from factory, weird :muscleflexing:

    Anyways, on and tested.
