I really didnt play around to much since I was on my way to work. it first happened randomly at a stop light going to get the tires rotated and balanced. Then didnt drive it till this morning and noticed it really is just at low speed. And its definitely not while just moving. Starts when going slow and continues even if at a stop.

Hadn't even considered the TQ converter....then again hadn't put to much thought into it quite yet. Seems like most issues I'd heard of with the TQ Con. had been more under load and in the 1.7-2krpm ranges

I might need that local guy’s contact info soon! If you’re willing to share. Especially if he works on bikes too. I’m about at my wits end with my CB350’s carb jets

My Icons didn't even last four months. Driver side is leaking now. I called Icon end now I need to send it to California for rebuilding. My truck will have to stay crippled for who knows how long...

Break into, yes. Steal is harder.

If it was a stick, they could probably cut the top, throw it in neutral and load it onto a flat bed.

I don't know if the JK has a keyless fob for their autos, but if they did and the keys were inside the shop, thieves could use a scanner to pick up the code and replicate it to a dummy key and just drive off like they owned it.

Both my cars have wireless key fobs, but we garage ours so I don't worry about them getting stolen since they would need to break into our garage. If that happens they'll be greeted with some hollow points.

A lot! I cut all my fenders and fender flayers 2.5 inch to fit 35s! I felt that wired pain in my chest when I started cutting...:)

This is the website for them...LT Racing. Les is the guys name. just has a nice like 12x20 (ish?) shop he works out of with his brother I think. I do think they only do suspension work though so not sure if they would help on the carb! Maybe though...he seems like the guy who would offer advice at least. Think he was a Honda Tech at one point?

Northridge 4x4 (out here in Silverdale) quoted $25 per a shock and said i would have to leave them for a day. The time was something about them just being super busy.

Just a difference in a one-two person shop vs big shops I suppose. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I'm building mine with CAD first, because wasting aluminum is painful. I managed to get the box a kitchen table came in. Perfect.

Well I did the front brakes since the parts showed up (planned on them at least lol) and then took the truck out to try to get it to do the shuttering crap again and really couldnt get it to do it.

I did notice it doing it when driving and between 1k-1.5k rpm. Not as bad as stopped though. This was driving home from work. It wouldnt fing do anything on the like 10 mile drive I did.

Best way to test for the tq/c shudder is when not on the throttle, just gently apply pressure to the breaks, but not to the point where you're slowing the vehicle down. The tq/c is programed to disengage lockup when the brakes are applied. If you let off the brake pedal, hear the tq/c engage lockup and the vibes come back it's the tq/c pressure which can be adjusted but internally on the TC lockup solenoid.

    Are floor mats a mod?
    Check ur carrier bearing
That is often the cause of low speed vibration

    Funny story on that one.....

I thought mine was going bad. So i replaced it. Still had the exact same vibration. Got tires re balanced. Problem solved lol

Its also a completely different feeling. Its not a just straight vibration but kind of has an odd sound (not grinding, not whirling, but...something) and some vibration.

Yeah i had nothing. Got up to ~30 and then lightly pressed in and nothing. Bit harder (think like half mile to stop at 30mph type pressure) and nothing

Lol, I never did ask, but I'll assume since you've followed along this far, you do have an automatic trans? :D
