    Squirrels cause outages here regularly, but it's limited to the homes served by the specific transformer affected.
    The little buggers get on top of a transformer, complete the circuit and BOOM. :eek:
    Then we wait a half hour or so for the electric utility guy to come.
    He gets out his telescoping pole and pushes the swinging bar on the big-ass switch back in place.
    And that's that.
