Last week ordered wheels and tires for my 2018tacoma 4x4 off road

    They called me back today
    No wheels have to cancel

Now i decided to lift my truck
    For bigger tires and wheels

I dont have any experience in lifted trucks
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Im thinking of using the leveling kit?
Im no off roader just a poser

If your just going to try level it, I suggest bilestein 5100 all around with a progressive add leaf, shy away from using spacers an rear blocks it makes for a rough ride.. although it will also come down to budget aswell

Don’t run mud tires if you don’t off road. Just go with ATs. Mud tires are loud and the pavement will eat them up quick

Get some blocks and spacers. Those are some very wide tires, so a CMC and some trimming is going to have to happen. Just using those tires your going to be going down a rabbit hole with those tires alone. The red outline is the tire you want to put on

Those tires are really wide, its gonna take a lot of modification to fit them

It will be close to a 2.5 lift if you use your stock coils but if you want full 3 inches you might want after market coils

Maybe this will make it easier for me

How would you lift this truck to 3 inches
    Where would you bring it
    What tires would you use
    Wheels etc.

The only place i know thats one stop shop is discount tire in waipahu

    3 inchess leveling kit

I wouldn’t go three inches if I do it’s going to be coil overs in the front, after market UCA’s an in the rear new bump stops a new OME medium or heavy duty leaf pack. If you go over three inches you will need after market UCAs. What’s your budget. A local member from ewa beach @hacklerjason works on most of our trucks he’s a one stop shop.

I would also go with a 285 wide tire so it doesn’t stick out really far past your fenders
