    All the mods
    Best? Probably the Tundra big brake upgrade, but that's a few grand. Plenty of people running EBC, Powerstop, or Stoptech kits for a few hundred and happy with them. Those kits certainly have more bite up front than the factory brakes.

    I replaced the stock ones a few months ago with some shitty Autozone rotors and now the one from the passenger side is already warped. Here in Florida we got too much puddles everywhere and yes, probably they were overheating.

    I have had them since last summer. I tow a small enclosed trailer with mowers quite a bit that has no brakes, and have been quite happy.

    I used this about 60k ago.
    I’ve been happy with them even blew a piston on a caliper that bled brake fluid all over that side.
    Cleaned them up with brake cleaner and reused them.
    No brake dust either.
    I’d get them again.

    Stop tech GTX rotors + Carquest Premium Platinum (whatever) ceramic pads are surprisingly very good. $110.

    Semi-metallic pads do give a marginal improvement to initial bite, but it’s not significantly better to warrant the weekly dust that accumulated on the wheels. And they wear the rotors very fast on a big vehicle. Ceramic is all that’s needed.
