^^ this. I had major stomach issues for years and still kind of do, magnesium is the best stuff to take because you can take it regularly without ill effect. Most other laxatives will have a reverse effect and just make you worse if you take them too often.
Usually takes about 5 hours, take it before bed. Stuff tastes nasty though

Oooh yeah you're talking about the citrate kind, I was thinking of the milk of magnesia kind. I think the milk stuff is easier on your stomach but both work well, same kind of substance.

Got to wheel for the first time in awhile, I haven't actually completed a technical trail since before I smashed my fender...just been on camping trips and easy fire road stuff since.

It's weird how that kind of fucked with my motivation to do harder trails for awhile

that looks fixable maybe, take the fender off and you can probably pop most of that out. Mine was beyond fucked lol

 

ouch, might as well just do what I did and buy a cheap aftermarket one to paint, or try and find a used one.
