    KD is just a generic prefix for a tech license holder. 7 is the region, which in this case is basically the western half of the US. and we all know what TRD means in a toyota context.

    It sucks, sooo much on the line and you have so little control over it. We walked through 50+ houses and had offers on 3 before we bought ours. Ugh.

    It's like Ryan said, its not even purposeful stress. No amount of homework or prep will change the result of what they find. Financing and paperwork is pretty much all worked out at this point, it is just the inspection and appraisal that its all riding on.
