    Harrop elockers are better.

So switch to elockers. $26xx.xx isn’t bad (after core refund ). Be better if they throw in air compressor!

Meh. Air lockers leak pretty often. Id get e locker or a detroit style. Keep it simple.

Why is Harrop better than ARB? Or is it more of a Electronic better than air?

It was nice meeting everybody at Mod Day. Went home and measured from ground to fender. 2" of lift all around and couldn't be happier. Definitely got some Taco Lean going on, so ordered a 1/4" spacer from Head Strong Off Road.

Also, Scott AFB Firestone wouldn't do my alignment, so going off base, to Carl's 4WD after someone recommended that shop to me.

You still have taco lean even though the 6112's were adjusted differently? Didn't they send you the shocks so that the driver side was set to 5th notch and passenger was set to 4th notch?

Yep. They're definitely set 5/4. Thought the lean would have been taken out with that adjustment.

That's crazy. I have bilstein 6112, both set to 5th notch and a 1/4" spacer on driver and it sets perfect.

Check my build thread...too much to list.
Why wouldn’t they do it? They did @mcharfauros truck and his stuff definitely looks like it’s not stock suspension.

Hopefully when this spacer comes in, I'll be good to go. Didn't think to get that before, because I thought the 5/4 setting would do it.

He asked why I needed an alignment, and I said because my truck is a year old, and I upgraded to bigger shocks and struts. Didn't say a word about lifting or anything. Told them I upgraded to a better set, and the guy said since my ride height changed, they can't work on it... Even still, I'm close enough to the TRD Pro in height that they could adjust me there.

Looks like they are maxed out on caster. Anymore and they said it would affect the toe.

    CMC it is. :playball:

Exactly. I asked them what the ride height had to do with anything...

I mean, I understand that if it's lifted too high, the LCA's can only move so far, and they may not be able to get back to spec... but to not even look at it, and tell me you can't do it? Sure, I'll take my money to a shop that wants it...

    Wait, what?

I will, as I’ve learned the hard way that these air lockers are only worth the solenoids and I hate chasing leaks.

ARB only makes air lockers, Harrop only makes elockers. I’m over air lockers and when the budget balances mine will be swapped.

I forgot, did you do an upper control arm swap? If not, that’s likely why as your new suspension would put the ball joint too far out of center at standing ride height. Large corporations don’t like to muck about with things like that.
