    I've been in a lot recently for picture frames, I pick up a lot of last minute vinyl stuff there, etc. But other than the a few aisles, I def don't belong in there.

    The big RC Willey by Ikea has some good deals on throw pillows up in the clearance section, right around the corner from the fresh baked cookies that they give away right before closing. Not that I would eat 8 or anything.

    OK. We reviewed the house with my home inspector, and we found...very little. :bananadance::bananadance::bananadance:

    Findings:
    The wiring for the gazebo out back needs a conduit sheath and box.
    A socket in the garage needs 2 wires flipped
    A power strip in the kitchen needs a look or disconnected.
    A/C had a tilt that needs leveling, which a handful of bricks from Home Depot can fix.
    Very small wasp nest needs killing
    A few branches need a trim.

    And they want to try and expedite close since they are moving and are aggressively pregnant 7 months. Mom already came to help move.
