Yeah we are driving up to Page Thursday night after work to give us more time to explore on the drive up . I'm leaning skip Antelope Canyon for that reason plus it's closer than Bryce and easier to get to if we feel like doing the tour one of these days. Considering the fact Ill be going through there after finishing AZT there will definitely be more opportunities.

 

Yeah I’d skip that and save it for another trip where you are sticking closer to page anyways.

Yep, I think they got like 6-8” of new snow last week with the rain.

Everyone needs to forget the crowds at the overland expo and hit the slopes one more time this season.

Well that's different!

Just ordered an amp, cheap sub, and wiring kit.
It was suggested to buy the remote level control for the amp to install on the dash. I decided to skip that. Do you think I should get it?
Amp is an RF T100Rx1br.
I don't need the ultimate sound system, just some decent bass. I've never upgraded audio equipment but the OEM sub is laughable.

 

Just enough gas to get me to and from work the rest of the week

Remote bass knobs are good if you set them up properly. People think they are extra bass and they blow the sub. If you need help tuning let me know. I got an oscilloscope.

 

Other people have covered it, like @Aw9d said a lot of people use them for showing off and end up nuking it.

Post up what sub you got, I'm considering upgrading mine for a little bit more bass too but nothing insane.

Also check your EQ, at least from the factory mine was set stupidly bright, with bass turned way down.

 

I've messed with all the stock settings.

SUB needed to be shallow. Not a high quality one but it will do. Also it was $7 less an hour ago.

This will work for you. My guess is that you won't get any increase in the rest of the system when the sub gets disconnected. I'm not sure what they use for an amp in the Civic to be sure and I doubt they have adjustable gain settings.
