Bottom line is...watch how you load it, and it may even out. For folks with my level of CDO!

No, you had it. No one takes into account the stuff they haul around very much. Yes, Tacos lean, but load weight is another thing altogether!

I read all about this Taco Lean so I ordered my shocks at the suggested settings of 6/5 (drivers side/passenger side). After about 10k miles my passenger side is still about an inch or more lower. It's definitely noticeable from the drivers seat but especially when you're in front of the truck looking at it. It drives me bonkers I didn't measure before I ordered my kit.

So now, meaning one of these days, I'll have to take it out (the coilover) and disassemble it, adjust the shock, put it back together and reinstall it. Then, I'll spend another $90 on another front end alignment to ensure the damn thing is right.

Pisses me off so bad. Haste makes waste!

Thank you for recognizing my plight! There's more to it than the basics. Always is.

Thing is, my front end is level. No issues with the Taco Lean there. It's the rear end that bothers me, and apparently my rear end load has an effect on it. I DO have the 1/4 inch Taco Lean ring on the left side front suspension though.

Woulda thought it would settle some but still.

When you think about it, makes perfect sense. Battery, Driver, Gas tank, Pedal controls & linkage, Brake Booster. Why wouldn't it lean?

Hey Kurt @Oldie2007 , remember that camera system and fire stick deal I installed? Well I read the Arlo community forum and found the solution to not being able to see my cam feeds on the TV. I was telling Alexa (dot) to show me and in fact I have to use the voice operated fire stick remote to do it. Pretty freaking awesome for a dude born before color TV was even around!

I still have to switch my input manually to switch over the receiver to the fire stick but then I just use the remote and say "show me the pool", "show me the garage" etc.

Who knows, maybe one of these days I might get real technical and get a solar collection power system!

Yea, then I read the lean was not 3rd Gens as much as it was 2nd Gens. And yes, with everything on the drivers side, once again, I'm defining Murphy's Law.

I get picked on that the only Alexa we have is on the firestick, and you have to push the button... Carol did discover that she can watch Facebook video feeds our son sent on the TV a couple weeks ago! And now, I got this simpli thing coming. I suppose I will get smart. Then again, I was kicked off the net for about an hour by our Spectrum modem..... have to raise a complaint I suppose!
