    Lots of sail boat fuel
    X2 on poly wheels.

I've used skateboard wheels for rollers because they're cheap, relatively small, and it's easy / cheap to replace the bearings and make it good as new down the line.

I seen a recent one on an interview with Jim Colt talking about plasma CNC tables. Is the issue after or before those?

Speaking of plasma tables, don't you have one? Is there any pics of it on here?

Yeah, best to stay away from that.

Sorry, I thought it was you that had the table.

    Thanks. I had no idea.

Moving on (change of subject cause its smart).

I really want a CNC plasma table. Wife gave me the green light to fab one up. Just need to take the 1st step. The hardware is going to be a non issue. The controls and software is going to be a bitch! The choices out there are limitless.

I was leaning towards one of those off the shelf Lagnimar (sp) units like @Shmellmopwho has. But knowing myself, I can see myself out growing one of those units pretty fast.

I really like this one. This Stephan cat has really done a lot of the leg work for me.

I finally unsubbed from him after that video. He has been saying crap for awhile now (few months) sort of sprinkling things into his farming videos.

haha more like dropping his views. He had a few videos all in a row that were quite against a group of people.

But its also been awhile since he really had any video that was really informative. I only kept watching to see what he would blame his farming failures on next >.>

I called it quits after making one More weld after this one.

My roots have been consistently the same for the past week and I couldn’t figure it out. 3/32. 1/8. Big gap. Tight gap. Keyhole. Lay wire.

And after making a change today I finally figured it out (I think).

Torch angle and stick out. After freehanding the root on another coupon and really watching the tungsten I figured it out and my root looked like it finally had some reinforcement.

Waking up at 3 am for gym. Then working at 6-4:30 and staying after work till 6:30pm and not getting home till 7pm will eventually pay off once I get this shit down. I’m tired. And it sucks screwing up roots since you literally only get one shot at it. But whatever. Dues paid right?

Total chaos sells the kits. Chisel off stock tabs and weld these on. Easy and you never need to worry about bending alignment tabs again.

Nothing wrong with that! I’ve done truck stuff too

Just the industrial welding is what pays the bills. A pipe welder in a Virginia ship yard makes $50/hr. I just applied as a structural one for $37/hr. Rig welders make $50-$60/hr as well and most combo welders make $35/hr.

I love truck stuff and fabrication but certified stick and tig is where the moneys at and I’m trying to get a taste of it.

    It's not new.

It's to help the alignment cams stay in place.
