Right gear, right bait, right place, right time of year.

 

So it's fairly easy?

 

I like seeing Mike explain surf fishing. We've groomed you well grass hopper, it's time for you to go out on your own and make your mark on this big ol world.

 

It’s all about the state of mind, kicking back and letting what will be, be. Used to use spot to catch blues. If we didn’t catch anything we went home and ate the bait. This methodology doesn’t work out so well if you are using blood worms as bait.

 

You don't eat bloodworms, bloodworms eat you.....

 

If you do the research, yep easy.

 

What time we going tomorrow. And wallops or Assateague?

 

It's easy to think you know what your doing. Even with the right bait, tide, wind direction, you can still get skunked. Mike and fished through heavy sea grass to catch all them black drum. We had to stop reeling twice for one fish just to clean the line (and top eye) of sea grass.

One of the few times I've caught fish when the surf is loaded with grass. Look to the left of the fish below, that's clump of grass is covering the hook and sinker.

 

I may have a date with the opposite sex. She leaves for Boston on Thursday.

If this is the fork sushi girl it's an unacceptable excuse.

 

It is, she's getting a pass for that one. She recently bought an Escape over a RAV4. That one hurt me on the inside. Girls just don't want reliability these days.

 

That's why shes dating you.

 

Fork Sushi and an Escape!? She sounds like a communist! She better be doing unimaginable things otherwise!

Haha she seems like a decent one to hang on to. She's back in school to be a vet tech, works long hours, but still squeezes SICUNIT in from time to time.

 

If I were as handsome as you I'd only date the ones who eat sushi without any utensils at all, and off my body! While in the bed of their Tacoma!

But since you say she's a keeper I will trust your better judgement. You kids definitely do things a lot differently than we did when all we had to do was knock them over the head and drag them back to the cave.
