I bought this bumper last June and installed it at the end of the month. It works for 2005-2011 trucks. It works with the factory fog lights or for more money I can include my 5" pro comp leds. It has a winch plate and d ring mounts (d rings not included). Retail is 840 for the bumper and 254 for each light on summit. Very solid and strong bumper. With a nice wash (which I will do when I take it off) it will be like new. The only reason I am selling is a local fab shop wants to use my truck as a guinea pig truck and I would be starting with a new pre runner style aluminum bumper.
550 obo w/o lights ? Need it gone so throw me some offers

Retail shipping is what is going to kill you. Ordered some tires I thought I wanted to aggressive for the beach. Super nice guy on e bay he let me send them back. BUT his shipping cost was 40 dollars. Mine retail to ship them back to him, 110 dollars. Businesses get a hell of a discount. Way way up on the numbers ordering stuff off e bay order some stuff from China before for less than 10 dollars free shipping. Now you tell me someone is not getting a discount.

Awesome looking front in. If you want to venture into it, see what shipping is to 27909 to a business there. . Like the D rings with it but I bet with shipping that thing is going to be 750 easy if not more cause we both have to hit the bar playing the retail game.
Who makes that bumper anyway . I'm new, to toyota's and the forum .

Thanks Found it on e bay after I posted. Looks awesome and who wouldn't want to save a hunderd or so but Nick when you find out what shipping is on something that heavy and big , and we have to pay retail, its going to rock your world. . LOL It ain't cheap to get things shipped any more. If you buy it now you pretty much own it. LOL
27909 Nick. see what you can come up with. I want a winch. Will have one, but I"m guessing shipping for that thing will be close to 200 or up.
That trailer toad from AZ to NC was 200 and that bumper is going to have to be palatalized. That 48 inch extention cost 160 dollars from PA to NC. Might be cheaper for you to drive it to me Nick. LOL Fixing it where it does not scratch it all up on a pallet. . Priceless. LOL
And no thats not me in the trailer. He took a picture of it before he shipped it.

That 48" extention is like 780 dollars new. Can't see it but there two bars going to that super trust hitch. Bought it for 250 on e bay, then the shipping. Still saved a few hundred. That bumper is GONA be big. Might end up with feel local pickup only. LOL

Transport cars and trucks for a living. I know the game. LOl Why I mentioned it. If you were where I could swing by with the car hauler and pick it up I might try and get you down another 50 but I would of took it. Was serious on that. Bough mine cheap needs a paint job but rest I can do but not going wild. Motor leaving stock, two inch lift in front, two in rear. New tires are inbound and a front bumper like you have so I can run a winch might just be the biggest idem I buy.
Thanks buddy for checking on that . I knew it would blow your mind, The dog.( Grayhound I doubt would touch that) LOL
Best of luck and drive safe over there.
