I would assume you could. Also looks like the awning brackets go there as well.

Well yeah, but I was thinking of more designed into it, kind of like UpTop roof racks. Keeping the lights below the highest point of the rack without jerry-rigging something to fit. UpTop has that, but the price of this is awesome and looks just as good.

Could you take a picture of the top of the rack to show what it looks like? Thanks

Yeah I know, these mounts fix this problem because it elevates the tent over ther lip. But yes rack does make a small lip. But you can certainly mount a rtt with the mounts. My rtt is on the way and when I get it all mounted up I will post pics of how it works

Yeah those are the mounts. The rack is super high quality and for the price you can’t beat it but yea it’s your truck so get what you think you need!

    Good luck

Not specifically designed with that in mind, no. I actually just drilled mine for some surface mount Rigid scene lights.

Dang, really digging this rack. Trying to decide between this one and the Grand Teton from rmracks. Seems a little beefier with a higher weight capacity. Just not sure I'd need the extra support or not. :notsure:

The limit is the roof, not the rack. Ours can hold way more than I would feel comfortable mounting to the roof.

Cool, thanks for the info. Never had a roof rack before. Does it cause much wind noise?

I haven't really noticed it but my exhaust and tires probably drowned out the sound.

In the future yes, but I don't have an ETA.

Nope sorry, we try to only spray black here. That way we don't have to worry about color contamination with our equipment.
