One street over got quarter-half dollar sized hail, we got pea.

 

Really thought we were gonna get some of that but just got wind and clouds. Hope your rides didn't get bad damage........or did, whichever you'd prefer

 

That's not good you need to throw the mattress on top of your taco

 

Evening All! Right around 7 PM, we got a WHOPPING 0.01" of spatter rain, nothing on radar, hardly a significant cloud. Naturally, because they washed the car at the KIA dealership!
Been busy packing and organizing, as we head out early tomorrow AM. Won't be shiptoasting much next few days, so you can rest in comfort!

 

Yep, took that video out my front door.

 

Blew down a few fences. Couple trees got snapped. Everyone that doesn't keep their trash cans secure had to go pick them up at the end of the block. I'm sure I'll see more tomorrow.

 

Nah, I'll take that insurance money and buy a roof rack

 

Hey Hover, if you go to ATX C&C, bring up the radio and give it to Jerry (@Firsttaco4x4 ) (dynamite truck with the flags. I can pick up next week from him, and hopefully not annoy people on the road to Galveston in a couple weeks. If not, no worry, and maybe I see you on that run.

 

Will do. If I'm still sick on Saturday I'm not getting out of bed on Sunday though.

 

Well get better, because Sunday looks to be the day for nice weather! But don't worry about it if you can't. Drink more stuff!

But what about the hail damage

 

If it breaks a window I'll get it replaced. If water gets inside I'll pull everything out and dry it. Carpets could use a good scrubbing anyway. Ain't worried about a few dents.

 

Well, hitting the road early for Mizzou. Won't be watching every post for my own thrills and entertainment for a few days. Drive time, Graduation Time at U of Mo. Son#2 gets his Masters in a Music related degree we all would probably not understand. Once I see it in writing, I will pass it on! Crossing our fingers that the U will post the job he has probably earned for a career starter! At least, he has been (paid) commissioned to write some pieces! Will miss you all at C&C, but will catch up soon enough, I hope!

If I leave the house by 5 or 6 that will put me in NB an hour later, then its almost another hour from there to COTA. Still debating on time to get up, will post something towards end of week.

Could be cool to go an hang out for a little bit, meet some new people.

Crazy, could see the lighting from here last night, but clear skies here.
