I always do legs and cardio on the same day. I don't do core, that's why my belly is big! lol

I've just always hated running, and never really trained or done much cardio because I focused more on strength and muscle gain and cardio isn't needed for that.

I hate running too, but the things you hate to do, are the things you need to do the most! I run to trim fat, so my little muscles can show through! lol

I just eat less fat and work out more to trim fat. Proven method that works. But I do realize I need to be in better overall shape cardio wise too, hence why I joined an ultimate frisbee league.

If I can't sprint for a mile straight, then it's time to do some cardio! Not my wife's marathon level running, but I do run. Sprints with my boys, who also help keep me in shape, help tremendously. My soon to be 15 year old is running a 4.5 in the 40 yard dash and can run like the wind blows. My wife is not fast, but can run a marathon. Me? I'm pretty much middle of the road when it comes to running.

I hate y'all. In the words of @BAMATOY to start our frisbee season off "I'm fast once"

after that...I'll be fast once again if you give me a rest. lol

My wife 100 yards to the finish line at the Rocket City Marathon in Huntsville back in December.

And crossing the finish line indoors with a time of 4hrs 31 minutes.

it was funny hearing my teammates complain that they carry too much weight to keep up the running (all people that have played multiple season of ultimate) and I was like "uh I bet I have you all beat in weight"

    they all started chiming off 185lbs 190lbs 170lb...I said guys....I'm 230lbs..

Jeannie is a badass! Marathon runner, BHA Women's Bowhunter of the year a couple years straight, Knife or Death contestant, and eagle eye sharpshooter when it comes to shooting guns. She can also carry a 40lb backpack when backpacking 15 miles into the woods!

if I wasn't a guy that sweats profusely I would use steps over elevators too, but any slight increase in body temperature makes me sweat. it's awful.
