I was verbally offered 15K for my xB before, toward a new Taco. But, I just couldn’t justify the other 15-25K difference.
Besides, that xB is fun to drive. Now, my 16 year old is spoiled ...
She’ll never appreciate what a “normal” car is to drive.

Edit: I’d expect the offer to drop significantly before any payment/trade happened.

My soccer mom minivan engine gets 18mpg. Still has just as much power/torque as the 4.0L just in a different part of the RPM range.

@JimboAnz had found one in I think it was Kansas City when I was looking for a 4x4. By the time he relayed the info to me and I called to see about transporting it, it was gone.

Then @Bowhuntercoop got rid of his and that was a darn good looking truck.

I thought I did good when they gave me 24.5k for a trade in. Those grimy pricks sold it for 29 and change. I paid alittle over 28 when I bought it brand new in 2013. I actually saw it the last time I was in myrtle beach driving on 31 then saw it 2 days later in north myrtle. I waited for like 20 mins to talk to the new owner but never saw him. May or may not have unlocked my 2 inch ball from the receiver and took it....I didn’t have a the key on me when I traded it in hahaha

Selling it for a profit is what they do.
Only getting 4.5K additional for a near 30K sale is probably less than they hoped.

Cause Wawa coffee ain't cheap! Right? We're talking Wawa coffee aren't we? :anonymous:

That's that Tacoma value retention. And I don't blame ya one bit on the hitch! I wish I would have thought to take my Undercover off my Prerunner before I traded it in.
