That number is an average based on your driving... city stop and go is terrible on milage. Trips need to be around 24 miles or longer to get best milage from this thing.

Don't pay attention to the computer. Keep track by hand calculations or use the fuelly app. Try that and see what you are getting.

drive it a bit easier. Truck is adjusting the mileage left according to driving patterns and current usage.

Check your tire inflation, easy on the throttle, don't be in a hurry to get to stop signs or red lights, and cruise at a cool 65mph on the highway and let everyone pass you by

Drive it like a prius basically.

Waiting to comment to see if OP is not a troll. Posting about issues you have with your new truck in the first post is always suspect IMO.

Reset your trip odometer every time you fill up, fill until the pump clicks off, then drive until the gas light goes off, and look at the odo to see how far you actually got.

The computer readout is just a guess based on the current speed, load, throttle position etc. It's not reliable.

Came here for the thread title. Was disappointed. Cooked cauliflower gives me gas problems.

You ever try raw broccoli? I had a SJW hippy gf convince me to try raw broccoli because of the frequency raw broccoli vibrates at (they believe the most adorable things) and I bloated up like a puffer fish, it was kinda neat. For science.

Raw broccoli and raw cauliflower all the time with no issues whatsoever. Cooked however becomes a science experiment gone bad. Very bad.
