Now there's a mensa nominee. Rather than let his insurance cover the minor repair, he's gotta throw in a misdemeanor leaving the scene and fine on top of it.

Hopefully you have a picture of the driver too so he can't claim "someone else was driving"

I mean really, why the hell would you pull over and not give your info. Seems so damn foolish to add on to an already shitty situation for no damn reason. I could see not waiting for the cops, i cant see leaving without giving my info. There would be ZERO chance of me not following that dude to his house though.

I’ve seen 3 accidents since getting my dash cam, stop every time and send the videos to both parties if they want it and leave. I’m not sticking around for the drawn out cop thing, and I don’t want to be called by their insurance for whatever. Best money I’ve ever spent though, there’s no questions with video.

One accident that I was in was almost a 50/50 because the other driver lied about what happened. That shit pisses me off. If I can help someone prove they were in the right, it’s my pleasure to do so. Whats 5-10 mins to me when compared to a few weeks of headache for a person getting bent cuz somebody’s a piece of shit.

Except it then becomes YOU hit THEM no matter what the other driver admitted to at the scene.

Bad drivers are scumbags, they WILL lie to try to cover their arse.

Because he can do an accident investigation at the scene unlike an insurance company that has it's own financials to worry about and cares little about who was at fault. They just don't want to pay out if they don't have to. Add that to the at fault driver having rates raised if they admit fault to their insurance company and you are taking a risk believing the person won't fudge a bit or blame you after the fact.

Yeah in PA a cop would never do anything like that.

FYI, filing a uninsured motorist claim (what a hit and run is typically filed as) is one of your best options.

    -Cheapest deductible
    -Will not affect Insurance cost

But unfortunately, tempers flare during a heated argument in the HR office resulting in Rock Lobster's scream of " I got your stats analysis right here" as he hand gestures towards the area of his genitalia. This escalated the supervisor's temperament which led him to grabbing a random blue pool noodle in the HR office and wildly swinging at Rock Lobster. HR calls for security as both fighting parties struggle for control of the blue pool noodle. HR rep without fearing for her life, jumps in and wrestles away the blue pool noodle. Knowing that pool noodles are a banned item at Rock Lobster's place of employment, she quickly exits the building with the noodle, jumps in her silver chevy traverse SUV and speeds down the highway unable to foresee what's about to happen.
