I just don’t see why people will add a spacer on top of their $2k coilovers? I thought I read somewhere here that “stacking lifts” was a big no no.

People add top plates all the time for extra weight and drivers side lean. Literally every person that has OME coils with 5100s does at least a 1/4 top plate on drivers side for lean.

The graphics package is manufactured by Toyota, and yes, installed by a guy at the dealership. What's your point?

Well you said it came from the factory which it didn't. To be fair though I actually thought it was completely third party when I first posted. Quick Google shows I was wrong. Surprised they actually chased the Raptor like that.

So I have a question for you. I have spoken (email answers) to Headstrong and Wheelers). I have a 2019 DCLB Off Road, I really don't want lift (maybe 1" or so) but want to tighten up what I feel is a loose suspension. Floats too much in turns, dives too much at harder stops.
I am considering King 2.5's, Fox 2.5's and also thought about Pro Fox internals since the lift is not so important. I have SEMA wheels so have 265-70/17 K02's and they are fine for me. I would like to maintain/improve road ride while also fixing the dive and float issues.
Never would say money is not an issue but buy once, cry once. I would rather pay $2700 for Kings or Fox (or ADS) if it's they make my great truck better. I have a shell and some weight but no winch or steel bumpers.
Right now I am leaning towards the King 2.5 front and rear at 0 lift, 600 lb with no adjusters and no AAL's (keep option option to add lift later if I choose or add weight). I know that I could pay same $$$ for a Pro Fox internal new and maybe $1500-1700 if I could find lightly used.
There are a lot of pretty smart folks here that know the answer and you would think that Headstrong or Wheelers or others would guide you better-they don't. My local shop insists that Toltec Boss are the only good answer and they won't get off it. Other shop keeps going to Rough Country and I just listened for 15 minutes and left.
    I am not afraid of criticism. I don't know the answer's or I wouldn't post here.IMG_0292.jpg

Little bit of this and a little bit of that but stock af.
I’m just replying to what you said, if I remember correctly you said you were saving for Kings at some point. Then if you wanted to do it right the first time you should just wait for that, unless trial and error is your definition of “do it right the first time”

Get 5100s and put them on the first notch, that will give you about an inch in front. For the back do a 1" block or a progressive aal (1.5"). 5100s ride more stuff than stock.

My answer was referring to “doing it right the first time.” If you think a spacer lift is legit, then don’t let anyone of us stop you from doing that. IMHO, I would rather have to worry about 1 component failing like in a coil over suspension rather than a 2 piece coil over/top spacer.

    But again just my opinions....

I get what you're saying about the 2 part lift, but I guess I dont agree with your view that a small top plate makes someone's suspension "not real".

Did you notice any sagging in the front post install?
